We are passionate about the environment and provide the full range of ecological surveys you are likely to need during your planning application, with clear advice and practical solutions.
Who We Are
Nic is an accomplished ecologist. Formerly Wildlife Information Manager for the Cornwall Wildlife Trust and Senior Ecologist at a leading southwest consultancy, he has over 20 years of experience in helping people realise their aims whilst protecting nature.

His botanical species identification and habitat assessment knowledge is excellent. He is highly skilled in site appraisal and experienced in successful mitigation design. Nic enjoys working with developers, farmers and landowners on bespoke ecological enhancement projects.
He is skilled in UK Habitat assessments and in Biodiversity Net Gain assessments and is fully qualified to undertake River Condition Assessment. Nic is also a fluent GIS and data specialist, which enables him to analyse and present information in creative ways.

A professional mammologist and entomologist (insects and spiders) for over 20 years, he undertakes professional bird, reptile and mammal surveys and holds an enhanced (Class 2) bat licence.
